Huge fan of Profit First! It’s more of a question than a comment. My business is highly seasonal. About 60% of my yearly cash inflows come in June and July, for work done throughout the year. How can I tweak PF so It can fit my business without relying on a LOC to bridge the gap between inflows and outflows.
