No news is good news? Bullshit!
Great customer service, and all great relationships for that matter, is about frequent communication. Even when – scratch that – especially when there is no news. A client left guessing about where things stand, is an abandoned client. That’s not good news.
When you have nothing to report to your client, report that you have nothing to report. No news is still news.
Have you ever had a vendor “ignore” you because they had no news to report. What did it make you think?
