Of course you have high expectations of your best employee, but you treat them accordingly, don’t you?

You would never cut the pay of your best employee, would you? I mean, wouldn’t you be better served by laying-off the B-Players than to jeopardize your number one A-Player?

You would have your best employee serve your best customers, turning your best customers into raving fans, right?

You would give your best employee a good amount of vacation time to properly rest, so that when they are working for you, they can be relentless. Correct?

So then why do you pay yourself so little? Why do you pay so much attention to your bad clients? Why do you not give yourself a break?

I mean, you are your company’s best employee after all. Aren’t you?
