The annual ProfitCon conference was located in Jersey City across the river from Manhattan, and the view was incredibly inspiring. Phew. Every time I see it I am reminded of what humankind is capable of.

While the landscape of the New York City skyline has changed, I believe our hope and endurance is steadfast. I also believe that one of the greatest gifts you can give is to rise each other up. Together, we really can accomplish anything.

Be inspired – be open to letting new things motivate you
Take a moment to appreciate the challenges you have overcome
Be a cheerleader – support someone who could use it
