My Best Year Yet

It’s here! 2021!

Last year was, well, you know.

Did your goals go to the wayside? If they did, don’t feel guilty. Hit that reset button and let’s move forward.

I’m excited to say that because of the habits I established (ahem, taking my own advice), I met many of my goals last year, personally, and in business. (Sneakers on the toilet, remember?)

One of my goals was to complete 250 workouts.  (Yes, some days I had to do 2.) By using the 6 points below, I am happy to report that I hit that goal of 250 workouts. Phew!

Remember:

  1. Be mindful 
  2. Be intentional 
  3. Create rituals to foster good habits
  4. Stay accountable
  5. Baby steps
  6. Track progress

So. Are you ready for this year’s journey? I will be sending out some resources and systems to help you get motivated and organized throughout the year. I cannot wait to see what you accomplish!

    I have several copies of Profit First from the original and new rendition.

    The Profit First creates excellent business habits that rewards you in return as shareholder should be.
