    Great story about what can happen when you change on little thing, when you’re different in just one key area.

      One important thing to note is that the company was able to bill a lot more money per hour BUT this was only for buildings that were seeking that kind of exposure.  The security firm was able to introduce a new type of guard service that brought awareness to the building, and this allowed them to get into customers that they couldn’t get into before.  Then they would/could offer regular services.  It is a huge differentiation for them.

    Great story. I’ll have to test it this week.
    We have a number of buildings here in Fla.with security people, and to honest most are invisable.Two of which I have seen …..

    I have seen nobody. where there should be somebody !!!!!!!!
    I’m not sure why, but I had look door to door for information.
    This proves your therory if you change one little thing, it can very often change ALOT !!

      Did you test it Mr. Gfm3?  What did you do.

      By the way, my college professor when by Mr. Gfm3.  At least I think he did.  I couldn’t understand him.  He was one of the professors associates, and traveled to Virginia Tech from foreign lands.  His English?  She not so good.

      Funny thing, I never was able to understand his name.  But he did teach me how to master Advanced Discrete Mathematics.

    Mike if you ever decide to come out with a liscensing program where for a fee of course, certain chosen proffesionals are able to use your materials for seminars and also consuulting I want to be on the list for consideration!  I know Im early but thats ok I can wait!  At least I put it out there early before the masses start requesting.
