What’s your picture like?

By this I mean, who are you portraying – both in your business and your personal life?

Are you letting the authentic you shine through?

This picture of my wife and I represents us pretty well – though she has a way better sense of humor than it looks! We love to goof around and it’s part of who we are. This is the real us.

Are you showing who you are? I mean the real you.

Or, are you placating to what you think people want to see to make them more comfortable? (Hey, we’ve all done it.)

The problem is when you have to try to fit it, the real you gets lost. When you are authentic, you are unique, different than anyone else.

Don’t be afraid to express your genuine self. There’s only one you that can offer your gifts, and the world needs you more than ever.
