Amazing. Just an example. I went to BurgerFi this weekend and made my order. When the food was ready I informed them that I ordered 2 burgers and there was only one. They only rang me up for one so I should have caught it and it was easily my fault as theirs. The manager came over and said okay we’ll get one on the grill right now. I sat their waiting to pay. The manager came over and said here you go sir and I handed him my card. He said no, it was our fault this one is on me. I said no, I want to pay for my meal but he didn’t give in. He made my day, made me feel like a champ and undoubtedly made me a repeat customer. I love service like this, makes me feel good inside.
