Just because you have a budget and planned your financials, doesn’t mean you’ll stick with it. In fact, entrepreneurs rarely do.
What I have found to be effective though, is every time a deposit comes in, immediately transfer percentages of the money to different bank accounts used for the specific purposes you’re budgeted for.
And one thing you surely need to budget for first, is your profit. Profit first, always.
