Please don’t ever again tell me how “big” your business is. I could care less.

I don’t get excited about the number of employees you have.

You lose my attention the moment you tell me about how many new clients you landed.

And I could give a crap about how much revenue you pulled in last year.

What I do care about is how healthy your business is.

Big or small, were you profitable?

Did all those new clients improve your bottom line?

Did all those new hires result in a healthier, stronger business?

At the end of the day, all that matters is how healthy your business is. And a healthy business is a profitable one.
